AURION is the medical division of the GMP group of Companies.

The group is specialised in the manufacturing of products in polyurethane with the RIM (reaction injection moulding) technology.

The company is capable of:

- manufacturing the machines for the injection of   the polyurethane

- manufacturing the aluminium / steel moulds

- inject the material into the moulds and thus   shaping the polyurethane parts

- assembly individual components into final   products

GMP started to manufacture components for the medical field in 1985. The steady growth of the sales in the medical industry asked for a specific division, AURION, incorporated in 1997.

In Ancient Greek language "AURION" means "The Future". The Company MISSION is to develop and sell innovative medical products.

Today, the company has 150 direct employees and 12.000 sq.m. of manufacturing facilities. Year 2003 turnover is expected to be around EURO 19.100.000,00-.
